Have you had a good or bad experience in a shop or restaurant. Or have
you ever tasted a food that was so good or absolutely horrible, and you
wanted to tell someone. Well to tell they company about your experience
with their food, or at their shop or restaurant, you would write a
business letter to tell them about it. I will give you the basic
mechanics to writing a business letter and a sample.
Paragraph One
First off, if you don't know who you're writing to, start with "Dear Sir or Madam". Then in the paragraph to start, always acknowledge the reason you are writing them. Whether it was a good or bad experience, you need to acknowledge your point. Next, describe why you had a good or bad experience with whatever you are writing about. If you are writing about a food, give a lot of detail, like for example, if your writing Reeses Puff Cereal, you may say every bit is like a chocolate sensation, or something like that.
Paragraph Two
This is like your closing paragraph. You need to restate the reason you're writing the company in another way then you did in the intro. And then give a statement to end it like, I would love to hear from you as soon as possible, or something of t
hat matter.
Sample
In this sample, my son is writing to the Jelly Belly Candy Company. If you are writing a business letter, follow this exact format. It has spacing and all the things I discussed above.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to acknowledge your amazing jelly bellies. Every day when I come home from school, my favorite snack by far is jelly bellies. I love how the flavor just fills my mouth with every bite of one I take. It is like a sensation of flavor. And every jelly belly is great. I never have to go searching for the flavors I like; I can just take a handful and slowly put them into my mouth one by one.

I highly appreciate your attention to this letter. I really look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

I hope this sample helped you a lot. Good luck writing your next business letter. Comment the article if I helped you if you have time. Thanks!
