Ingredients
2 Ripe Bananas (Peeled and Halved)
1 Cup of 1% Milk
1.5 tsp of Wheat Germ
1 Cup of Ice
1 6 oz of Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
Put all of the ingredients inside your blender and then blend the mixture for approximately 40 seconds.
